We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees
Results Guarantee
With our results guarantee we don’t get paid until you get paid. If we are leasing or managing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee on a property we manage for you states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 12 months of a lease term, we will find and place a new tenant for free.
30 Day Rental Guarantee
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free!
Eviction Guarantee
In the unfortunate event that a tenant we place in a property we manage for you, needs to be evicted from your rental, we will either cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction or we will not charge a new tenant placement fee whichever is less.
Purchase and Sale Guarantee
As your property manager, there is no obligation to buy or sell your properties through us. However, if you do choose us to help you buy or sell your investment or personal property we will discount our fees putting more money in your pocket.
