Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. we do not hold a property before a prospective tenant submits an application. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. The security deposit is based on the applicant’s credit score. Credit score requirements may be different from one property to the next. Typically, credit scores must be over 600. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must by 18 years old or older to apply and sign a legally binding agreement in the State of Florida. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The Security deposit is refundable. The amount of the refund is dependent on the condition of the property when it is vacated. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Anyone over the age of 18 who does not meet the minimum income and credit requirements. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
All applicants must physically tour the property or have a family friend or relative tour the property on their behalf before RightHouse Realty will accept an application. -
How do I pay rent?
At move in, tenants will pay first month’s rent and security deposit with a money order and/or cashier’s check. All ensuring payments will be made online through their Resident portal. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
There are specific pet restrictions on all our properties including size, type, weight and breed. Prior to getting a pet, you must receive written approval from the property manager. Keeping or supporting a feral pet without approval would be a lease violation. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Changes to an existing lease would require the property manager’s approval before any action is taken. Requalification of existing residents may be required. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
The property manager will contact you before the lease expiry date and provide move out instructions. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Payment for repairs and maintenance depends on the nature of the repair or maintenance. If the issue is based on normal wear and tear the repair will be covered by the owner. However, if the repair is due to tenant neglect or action by the tenant that caused the damage, the charge for the repair would be placed on the tenant’s account.
