Are you licensed?
Yes we are a licensed real estate brokerage. All of our Property Managers are Realtors licensed with the State of Florida. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. Owners have the ability to email or text us after hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes. Our property management system allows us to deposit funds directly into your account.Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes - if we are only finding a resident on behalf of the owner and we are not managing the property. If we are managing the property, the owner does not sign the lease. Our property management agreement allows us to act on your behalf. However, if the owner requests it, we can provide the owner with the applicants qualifications allowing the owner to make the final decision on who is placed in the propertyDo you sell real estate too?
Yes! We are licensed realtors with the State of Florida. We can help you find, buy and sell residential and commercial property.How and when do I get my checks?
Our goal is to payout owner accounts by the 10th business day. Payments are made electronically through our property management platform.How is rent collection handled?
Rents are paid through the resident portal to a RightHouse Realty bank account where the funds are kept, reconciled and prepared for payout.How long of a lease do you sign?
Our lease does not have a specified end date. An owner can end our relationship at any time without penalty.How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits are based on a prospective tenant's credit score. If the applicant achieves the required credit score we typically require 1.5 times rent for the deposit. If there are credit issues and we’re still able to qualify the applicant, we will require 2 times rent for the deposit.How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as we have a signed property management agreement.What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family, multifamily and commercial rental properties.What type of reports do I get and how often?
We provide monthly owner statements depicting income and expense activity. We also provide annual statements if needed and Federal 1099’s.Who holds the tenant security deposit?
